Vanilla coconut protein cupcakey things with chia jam
*note:This is literally just from memory because I mad the recipe up on the spot someasurements may not be exact
Recipe for protein cake
Oh and one tablespoon of coconut butter/oil
2 tblspoon coconut flour
1 1/2 - 2 scoop vanilla whey
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 medium egg
Stevia (to taste)
1-2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
1-2 tablespoons of water
Mix errythang together and add water at the end. Start with a little and add more after making an assessment on how thick the batter is.
I think this made 5 cupcakes for me so put in pan and cook for 15 on 180 degrees celcius.
1 cup Frozen berries
3 tablespoons Chia seeds
Boil the berries on stovetop until they are soft enough to mash. Take off heat when you mash and then add the chia seeds. It will look super liquidy at first but the chia seeds thicken it up to a jam consistency. Put in a jar and put in fridge once cooled
